This policy is part of the Creator Terms of Service and is published by CREOVIA PRO LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated under the (Indian) Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (LLPIN: ADA-3738) ("we", "us"). It explains how to cancel Creator Pro and when you can get your money back. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
1. Bought in the app (Google Play, and the App Store when the iPhone app launches)
Purchases made inside the app are billed by Google Play — and, once the iPhone app is on the App Store, by Apple — under their own refund rules. Cancel and ask for refunds there:
- Google Play — Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions, or Google Play's refund page.
- App Store (when the iPhone app launches) — Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or reportaproblem.apple.com.
Apple decides every App Store refund; we can't refund those. If Google declines a Google Play refund you think you're owed, email support@creoviapro.com — we can look at the order.
2. Bought on our website
In India, purchases at account.creoviapro.com are sold by CREOVIA PRO LLP and the payment is processed by Razorpay. Outside India, where web checkout is available, the order is sold by our reseller Paddle (Paddle.com, the merchant of record), which may also handle your refund request under its buyer terms. This policy applies to both.
3. Cancelling a web subscription
- Cancel any time at account.creoviapro.com — one click, no need to contact us. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for; that period is not refunded except as set out in section 4.
- Changed your mind before the period ends? "Undo cancel" at account.creoviapro.com. Outside India (Paddle) your same subscription simply keeps renewing — no checkout, no charge. In India (Razorpay) a new subscription starts from the end of your paid period, so you are not charged twice for the same days.
- Plan changes (monthly ↔ yearly, adding or removing a platform) take effect when the current paid period ends, as a new subscription at the full price of the new plan. Nothing is prorated or refunded for the switch, and a discount code doesn't carry over to the new plan. Outside India, Paddle's checkout shows the new plan as a "free trial" until your current period ends — that is time you've already paid for — and takes the first payment on that date.
- A checkout you start but don't finish can be cancelled from the checkout page; nothing is charged and any discount code it held is released.
- In India, when you set up a UPI AutoPay or card mandate for a plan that starts later, your bank may place a small temporary authorisation (₹5). It is refunded automatically and is not a payment for the plan.
4. Refunds for web purchases
- Within 2 days (48 hours) of your first payment for a plan (monthly, yearly or lifetime): you can ask for a full refund, no questions asked.
- Within 14 days of a payment: you can ask for a full refund if Pro doesn't work as described on your device and we can't fix it.
- After 14 days: no refund, except as set out below or where the law requires one.
- Renewals (monthly and yearly): no change-of-mind refund (the 14-day refund when Pro doesn't work still applies). Cancel any time to stop the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. We email a reminder before each yearly renewal.
- Bundles: an Android + iPhone plan is one purchase and is refunded as a whole, never one platform at a time.
- What a refund does: a full refund of the payment for your current period ends Pro on that plan immediately. A refund of an earlier period (for example a goodwill refund) does not change the access you have now.
- Duplicate charges: if you are ever charged twice for the same platforms and period, we refund the extra charge in full.
- Outside India, Paddle sells Pro to you as our reseller and may also refund a purchase under its own buyer terms.
- Where the law gives you a longer or stronger right than this section — for example a statutory right to a refund for a product that doesn't work as described — that right applies.
5. Payments we refund automatically
Some payments are refunded in full without you asking, and no Pro is granted for them:
- A lifetime payment that arrives after its checkout has expired, if the purchase can no longer be honoured — for example you already own those platforms, they are no longer on sale on the web, or the account was deleted.
- A payment whose amount or currency doesn't equal the price shown at checkout (after any discount code).
- A payment for an account that has been deleted.
6. Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can usually fix it faster. A chargeback ends Pro on that plan immediately. If a dispute is later resolved in our favour, access is not restored automatically; write to us and we'll sort it out. After a second chargeback on one account we may stop accepting web payments for it; store purchases are not affected.
7. Lifetime and deleting your account
Lifetime means Creator Pro on the platforms you bought for as long as we offer the Creator app on them; it does not renew. If you delete your Creovia account, we first cancel any web subscription it has, and any paid time left — including lifetime — ends with the account and is not refunded, except within the windows in section 4. We keep the billing records the law requires, in anonymised form (see the privacy policy).
8. How to ask for a refund
Email support@creoviapro.com from (or naming) the email address you signed in with at account.creoviapro.com, with the date and amount of the payment. We reply within two working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; banks usually show them within 5–7 working days.
